Pure n Natural is an online shop selling Air Purifiers & Air Cleaners. As the business was growing, the team felt the need to rebuild the website and add new features to it with the goal of increasing their sales. Also, it was important to build a high-speed e-commerce website with a very flexible back-end.
Our process & implementation
Our work started with analyzing the existing website and providing suggestions for what could be improved. We’ve come to the conclusion that the website needed improvements both functional and design-wise. After discussing and approving the mockups, we have developed the website based on the WooCommerce platform as it matched with all of the goals of the project.
One good way of increasing sales is to give the potential buyers the option to easily navigate through the products and compare between them. This is where we have customized the FacetWP plugin in order to implement these features. Also, the integration of the UberMenu plugin has improved the way product categories are organized. Menu navigation has also improved considerably.
The loading speed of an e-commerce website is of big importance for sales, therefore we have heavily optimized it by caching distinct areas of the homepage in transients and by adding lazy loading for images.
