Sales Account Executive for WordPress Agency

You are experienced at selling software services, you have a technical background and you are looking to work in the field of software development services by doing consultative selling.

We are looking for full-time/part-time Sales Account Executives who will be responsible for:

  1. Engaging with new clients.
  2. Understanding client requirements and capturing them in a structured manner.
  3. Compiling proposals.
  4. Closing the deals.

  1. Engage with new clients and discuss projects: over email, phone, online meetings or on marketplace platforms.
  2. Qualify the leads.
  3. Understand client requirements as well as their business goals.
  4. Ensure client business goals are aligned with their budget and technical possibilities.
  5. Participate in project bids for getting new clients.
  6. Draft Proposals and manage the quoting process.
  7. Close deals.
  8. Keep notes related to deals in the CRM.
  9. Optimize the sales process.

To join our team, you need to

  • Have a proven track record of successfully selling software services
  • Be familiar with WordPress, HTML, Javascript, and PHP. Experienced with Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
  • Be comfortable with generating new business through cold client outreach.
  • Enjoy building genuine relationships with those around you; you are able to listen very well, to ask effective questions, you understand the objections and come up with win-win solutions
  • Be an organized person, to meticulously manage your commitments
  • Be a self-motivated team player with a well-developed work ethic
  • Have an excellent command of English both verbal as well as written
  • Be able to have meetings with clients on the EST time-zone.
