We were launching a new program in the U.S. and needed to update the accompanying website. Its frontend was dated, clunky, and could use new copy. We brought WPRiders in to revamp the site altogether.

The website’s previous build consisted of too many interactive elements that disrupted the UX. Its poor design resulted in low web traffic and an even lower conversion rate. We had previously spent a lot of money on web development for this platform with another company. We had an audit done in the summer and were told there were some major flaws and problems with our site. Nothing I can think of.

I have to mention this is a very complex website with 7 languages and hundreds of articles…Some of the things we loved about WP Riders:

There was a custom product bathroom builder that we had to build, which involved complex customizations. It was built for WooCommerce, but they had to create the custom plugin and code the entire site.
