Back End Java Developer

We are looking for talented developers having at least three years of experience with back end development using J2EE. Our team needs somebody who is open to learning new things, responsible and passionate about software development and is a team player.

Job requirements

  • Back End development using J2EE technologies Java, Servlet, JSP, JMX etc : minimum 3 years
  • Experience with back end frameworks and toolkit Spring, Maven, Ant, Junit, etc: minimum 3 years
  • Experience working with GIT and Jira
  • Experience in applying software design patterns
  • Good understanding of OOP
  • Good understanding of SQL and RDBMS
  • Code with performance and scalability in mind at all times
  • Good communications skills, the teams are often distributed across multiple countries

As a developer, you will

  • extend our customers systems with new functionalities as well as fix existing bugs
  • implement complex integrations with third party systems including Payment Providers, Middlewares, P2P integrations, CDNs, Reviews Systems, etc
  • write unit test to prove your code works
  • perform code reviews and adjust your own code to code review comments
  • investigate performance issues and propose solutions
  • help track, investigate and fix real time production issues
  • be part integral part of teams that use the Agile methodology on a a daily basis
