We are looking for a talented Administrative Specialist to join our company.

  • Processes monthly expenses and invoices and handovers to accounting. 
  • Periodically review legal documents/contracts that support the sales process (small adjustments).
  • Contacts suppliers and keeps a record of all invoices.
  • Record office expenditures and manage the budget.
  • Prepare recurring operational and sales reports as well as special reports as required by the business.
  • Perform additional duties and assignments as required by the business activity.
  • Responsible for human resources administrative tasks, including but not limited to employee onboarding (creating accounts for new hires). 
  • Plan in-house or off-site activities, like company events, celebrations, and conferences for the team.
  • Be the primary point person for local staff.

What we are looking for in you

  • University degree.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Experience in sourcing and screening candidates as part of the recruitment process.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, ability to manage multiple tasks autonomously. 
  • Customer focus, ability to interact with employees, clients & suppliers in a harmonious and predictable way.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office (Excel, Google Spreadsheets).
  • An empathetic team player, proactive and able to work without direct supervision; takes initiative; integrity is one of your core values.
  • Proven ability to solve problems and work independently.
  • Actively works towards continuing personal learning and development. 
  • Experience managing finance and administration operations and reporting functions.
  • Nice-to-have exposure to the IT&tech environment (academic or practical) or tech enthusiast.
